Mitch joined the Agency Software, Inc. staff in October, 1990 after graduating
from the University of Idaho with a Bachelor of Science in Management Information
Systems. Three months later his National Guard unit was activated for Operation
Desert Storm, where Mitch spent the next ten months as a systems administrator for
the US Air Force. During that time Mitch wrote three programs that were used
at Air Force bases across the United States.
After Desert Storm, Mitch returned
to Coeur d'Alene where he started writing the Par5
Proposal System, which was his first commercially
successful software package. Mitch bought Agency
Software, Inc. in May of 1992. To date he has written 13
different insurance software systems that have been sold
to over 16,000 agencies across the United States, Canada,
and Europe.
Mitch's hobbies include flying his 1958 Piper Comanche,
fishing (although he is poor at it), skiing, making
homemade beer, and chasing his three children around the
house. |
